  2.                   UNZIPPING RECURSIVE REALM
  3.                         Version 2.0

  6. All of the files needed to run Recursive Realm are in what
  7. is called "archived" (or "zipchived") format. An archived
  8. file is one that contains a compressed form of one or more
  9. other files. Files are placed in this format to save disk
  10. space and/or to keep all of the files together. The following
  11. three files should be included on this disk:
  12.  
  13.       1.) "RREALM.ZIP" - The Recursive Realm zipchive.
  14.       2.) "PKUNZIP.EXE" - The utility to extract the
  15.                           files from "RREALM.ZIP"
  16.       3.) "READ.ME" - This file.
  17.  
  18. Follow the instructions below to unzip RREALM.ZIP:

  22.     If you have a HARD DISK SYSTEM (or high density drive):
  23.  
  24.         1.) Copy the files "RREALM.ZIP" and "PKUNZIP.EXE" into
  25.             the directory on your hard drive in which you want
  26.             to use Recursive Realm. Make sure that you have
  27.             about 650k of free disk space, then continue.
  28.  
  29.         2.) Move to this directory and type the following
  30.             command:
  31.                        PKUNZIP RREALM
  32.  
  33.         3.) After the files are successfully extracted, you may
  34.             remove "RREALM.ZIP" and "PKUNZIP.EXE" from your
  35.             hard drive to save disk space.

  39.     If you have a DUAL 360k FLOPPY DISK SYSTEM:
  40.  
  41.         1.) Have two blank, formatted disks available.
  42.  
  43.         2.) Place the Recursive Realm disk into drive A:
  44.             and a blank, formatted disk into drive B:
  45.  
  46.         3.) Move to drive A: and type the following command
  47.             EXACTLY as shown here:
  48.  
  49.                PKUNZIP RREALM *.RR? *.DAT *.DOC *.NOW B:
  50.  
  51.         4.) Remove the disk from drive B: and replace it with
  52.             a new blank, formatted disk and type the following
  53.             command EXACTLY as shown here:
  54.  
  55.                        PKUNZIP RREALM *.EXE B:
  56.  
  57.         5.) The two disks that you placed in drive B: should
  58.             now contain all of the Recursive Realm files.

  62. When you have finished, read the files "READAME.NOW" and
  63. "RREALM.DOC".
  64. If you received any other files with the extension ".ZIP",
  65. follow the above instructions to unzip them except substitute
  66. the new filename for "RREALM.ZIP".
